Anesthesia Care team is comprised of 11 physicians and 15 CRNA s. CRNAs work a variety of shifts including 8s, 10s, and a combination of 8s and 12s. Scheduling is flexible creating a great work-life balance Unlimited OT available but not required CRNA 2nd call is optional and available for additional compensation No cardiac, no trauma, limited Peds service Offering a newly enhanced competitive compensation consisting of a base salary of $150k to $160K, an anniversary bonus of $5,000, and a Quality Metric bonus of $5,000 annually, in addition to insurance benefits, 401K contribution of $5,000 annually, CME allowance of $2,000 annually and paid malpractice with tail coverage.
