Job Description

Medical Doctor Associates (MDA) Advanced Practice is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to provide coverage at Chinle, ArizonaIHS.

Start Date: End of May through October with Possible extension.
Hours: 40 hours a week.
Setting: Full Scope Midwifery
Requirements:Any State License, Board Certification, and BLS.
Compensation: Competitive Rate based on experience. Malpractice provided. Travel and Lodging provided if not local.
