Job Description

The experienced group of providers at Shape Up Medical Center includes a medical doctor, nurse practitioner, physical rehab specialist, and acupuncturist, as well as chiropractors and massage therapists. The tight-knit, cohesive team takes a whole-person approach to health and wellness, operating from the philosophy that quality medical care goes far deeper than simply soothing a patient’s symptoms. Using integrative medicine based on natural pain solutions, the team at Shape Up Medical Center offers a broad range of convenient, on-site services.
The full-time Nurse Practitioner is needed to assess, advise and treat patients. The NP will be seeing patients for physical and preventative medicine, responsible pain management and medical weight loss.
