Job Description
A permanent, full-time PMHNP position near Salem, OR.
This comprehensive ambulatory facility offers medical, dental, lab, x-ray, community health, optometry, physical therapy and pharmacy. You can expect direct patient interaction for medication management and therapy. When fully staffed, the department is comprised of 3 Mental Health Counselors ( an LPC, a LMFT and an LCSW) and 2 Substance Abuse Counselors. Providers work 4 days per week with no weekends and no holidays required.
Competitive salary ($94K-$122K, depending on experience and qualifications) and generous benefits including medical, dental, vision, short and long term disability, life insurance, flexible spending, 401k (with 6% company contribution and a match), 12 holidays a year and PTO. Candidates must have/obtain active, unrestricted OR license, current DEA and board certified.
