Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner for an Inpatient/Leadership role in Southern Oregon. The position is a mix of Transitional care, Inpatient Rounding, and Administrative responsibilities. Provider will be responsible for coordinating additional care services for patients and will maintain a high level of communication with discharge planners. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an Inpatient setting. Management or Leadership background will also be important.
