trustaff is currently seeking an experienced Director of Emergency Services for a full time; direct-hire position with a medical facility located in Paris, TX; Days with occasional nights and weekends; Must have current TNCC, PALs or ENPC; Minimum 2 years prior ER Mgt exp req; Min 2 years nursing exp in an acute setting req; Min 2 years supervisory exp pref; Responsible for direction of patient care of patients on the unit; Manage staff on the unit, provides management of operational and nursing activities, Consults with staff, physicians and nursing executive on nursing problems and interpretation of facility policies to ensure patient needs are met; Maintain performance improvement activities within the department and attends scheduled meetings and activities; Work closely with clinical education, assists in formulating budget and performs other duties as assigned or requested; Meditech; Bed size: 12; Dress Code: Solid Scrubs or business attire; This position offers competitive salary and a comprehensive benefit plan (Bonus eligible up to $5,000); Call [Register to View] for details, apply online or send resume to staffing@trustaff.com;
