New opportunity for a Nursing Leader to work as the right hand to the Director of Surgical Services, this leader oversees our Surgical Services unit and its daily operations to include all staff. Excellent hospital of 300 acute beds with a leadership team that makes this an excellent role for someone seeking growth. Ideal candidate has the ability to lead a staff and has knowledge & experience of the staff development, mentoring and accountability. Leader has the ability to think outside the box and thinks on their feet with the ability to bring new ideas to the table. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with physicians and has understanding of driving metrics and HCAP scores. Role reports to a Director of Surgical Services.

Role requires a BSN, will consider a RN completing BSN. Solid clinical nursing background in surgery required with one year of leadership experience. Nevada RN required upon start date.

Compensation up to 107K possible sign on with relocation package, house hunting trip and excellent benefits package, 401(k).
