Coordinates Joint Commission, Department of Health State Licensing and other accrediting surveys for all clinical and non-clinical departments except for the Business Office.
Responsible for planning, administration, and monitoring of consistent readiness of all quality management, regulatory requirements, and quality improvement processes. The Director of QMRC will oversee and coordinate all hospital efforts to monitor and maintain compliance with all regulatory, State, Federal government, and Joint Commission standards. The position reports directly to the CEO.
Must observe professional ethics in maintaining confidential information acquired regarding person, financial, medical or employment of patients, families, and employees.. Must follow and enforce accepted safety practices for patients. Must report hazards and initiate appropriate action. Must participate in safety instructional programs.
Must have Director of Quality experience with an acute care hospital.
Must be a Registered Nurse
Professional, detail oriented, quality centered, leads by example.
