Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - (CRNA) Locum Tenens
We're currently searching for a CRNA in Missouri!
Dates: June - September
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 hour days, no call or weekends
Cases: general surgery, OB (c-sections only, epidurals not required), orthopedics, ENT, GI, urology
A certified registered nurse anesthetist (locum tenens) administers anesthesia in surgeries as required by, or in the absence of, an anesthesiologist physician. A CRNA will look at patient history in a preoperative setting in order to determine an optimal course of action, choosing the techniques and drugs that best suit the patient's unique physiology and medical history. During surgery, it is the CRNAs job to administer anesthesia and manage the patient's reactions accordingly.
