Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - (CRNA) Locum Tenens

We're currently searching for a CRNA in Indiana! Assignment is Monday through Friday covering at a surgery center. Cases include orthopedics, endoscopy, scopes, and healthy pediatrics. CRNA will be working under anesthesiologist supervision, but will be working largely autonomously.

A certified registered nurse anesthetist (locum tenens) administers anesthesia in surgeries as required by, or in the absence of, an anesthesiologist physician. A CRNA will look at patient history in a preoperative setting in order to determine an optimal course of action, choosing the techniques and drugs that best suit the patient's unique physiology and medical history. During surgery, it is the CRNAs job to administer anesthesia and manage the patient's reactions accordingly.
