Job Description
The Opportunity:
-Experience in Home Health and Geriatrics is required
-Apply direct care to all patients within the clinic
-Must be able to provide patient assessment, medical administration, treatment planning and participation in quality improvement activities
-Ability to apply teamwork and work alongside other staff members
-Must be BCLS certified and be eligible for New Hampshire license
