Job Details:

Our client is currently in search of an Operating Room Registered Nurse to help meet the needs of our patients to work Full Time.
Required minimum education:
*Graduate of a NLN (National League of Nursing) or CCNE (Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education) accredited nursing programs.
*For RNs hired after Jan 2014 completion of BSN within 3 years of THR RN start date as defined in offer letter.
*Effective Dec 2015 RNs hired or transferring in THR completion of BSN within 3 years.
Required license/certification:
*Current AHA BLS training
*A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
*Current TX or Compact RN License

Required Experience:
*Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience in the Operating Room in General, Ortho , Neuro and GYN cases.
*Care Connect (EPIC) computer charting.
*Data entry skills, Able to function in a fast paced environment, Teamwork a must

Preferred Qualifications:

*ACLS
*GI Background
*CNOR
*3 years OR experience in major service line

Schedule/Hours
*Day Shift
*40 hours per week
*1st Shift
*8 hour shifts
*Call rotation required for weekday, weekday nights, weekends and holidays.
