*Job Details:

The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring coordinated delivery of patient care in accordance with the established standards of care, mental health practice and hospital policy, goals and objectives. This position assists in contributing to the hospitals philosophy, objectives, educational and Performance & Improvement efforts, while providing supervision to the nursing staff assigned to his/her unit.

The hospital operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Education: Minimum of Associates Degree in Nursing.

Licensure: Currently licensed to practice by the Oregon State Board of Nursing

Training: Successful completion of CPR Certification within 60 days. Company-provided training including Crisis Management and Service Excellence must occur within 90 days of employment.
Previous behavioral health experience. 10-15 years behavioral health experience mental health facility with patient population with an average of 3-7 day stays. Experience working a unit environment including detox, critical stabilization, pain manage and military programs.
