Sound Physicians invests heavily in professional development for our physicians. We give you multiple ways to develop professionally both in the classroom and through online courses. There are even free CME courses that make it convenient for busy physicians to keep current and add new skills.
For physicians interested in taking the next step in leadership, our Emerging Leaders program is designed to give physicians 12 months of mentorship and leadership preparation. And, we know that for physicians leaving residency, the career search can be daunting. That’s why we created a Resident Resource Center, equipping new grads the information required to start their career search and navigate decisions with a dedicated recruiter to show you the ropes.
