HDA and MD Staff, llc combined forces during 2019. However, HDA was founded during 1990 by Kimberly Daugherty Schindler and Kenneth Hayman Jr. MD. It has since grown to service many clients nationwide. Dr. Hayman has not been a part of HDA for many years, however, Dr. Andrew Oleksyn became a valued business partner during 2019.
