Our founder - Dave Stone, began his career in healthcare recruitment in 1999, working in the healthcare industry recruiting Physicians for one of the nations largest physician recruiting firms. Dave started Premier Medical Staffing in 2010 and began recruiting exclusively in the behavioral health arena and has since recruited many hundreds of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and Psychiatrists as their demand has grown among our clients.

With almost 2 decades of healthcare recruiting experience, Dave has established relationships with Mental Health and Primary care agencies across the U.S., and has gained a unique knowledge of market needs. Drawing upon these relationships and industry knowledge, Dave continues to successfully lead Premier Medical's team of recruiting professionals to find and recruit the best talent for our clients nationwide.
