"Giving life." The name DaVita is an adaptation of this Italian phrase. This is what teammates strive to do for DaVita's 1.7 million patients every day, whether they work in a clinic or give support in an office.

Like any good village, our teammates are citizens and neighbors who watch out for each other and work toward a common good. DaVita hosts town hall meetings where any teammate can ask our senior leaders any questions to keep communication open and transparent.
