DESCRIPTION: I am looking for physicians to provide locums coverage for Indianapolis, IN outpatient clinic. You will be performing and documenting Occupational physicals such as fitness for duty exams, hazardous materials exposure and other work-related exams. You will also be treating walk-in Urgent Care patients, ages two and up. Please call if you can help and pass along if you know someone who might be interested!
· Dates: As soon as Credentialed – Ongoing Need
· Shift: Shifts will vary
· Credentialing: FAST 2-3 weeks
REQUIRED:
· IN License
· DEA
· BLS
· DOT
