Job Summary
- We are looking for a part - time Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Under the general direction of the Talent Acquisition Program Manager, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for assisting with administrative and operational support to our Talent Acquisition Team. The person in this role will be an integral contributor in ensuring that the recruiting, interviewing, and selection processes are effective, equitable and aligned with our values, making this a positive experience for our candidates and team members. The TA Coordinator will support our efforts to develop and execute recruitment strategies focused on targeting high-quality candidates in the healthcare space through cultivation and pipeline development. The Coordinator must have a passion for finding the most qualified, diverse talent who will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional care to all. Solid ability to multi-task, be organized, have a sense of urgency, and be forward-thinking. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing passive and active candidates in the healthcare field.

Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- 1 – 4 years recruiting experience
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking System and sourcing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to communicate and collaborate with different stakeholders, including candidates and staff across different organizational levels.
- Demonstrated success using targeted, highly-effective recruitment strategies and campaigns to identify high-quality, talented candidates.
- Experience attracting and interacting with candidates utilizing social media, career boards, and other on-line resources.
