Nuclear Medicine Research Scientist (PhD) – PET, Molecular Imaging & Theranostics
Location: Dayton, OH
Position Type: Permanent Direct Hire
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking four highly motivated and experienced PhD-level scientists to join a leading research team focused on cutting-edge PET imaging, molecular imaging (MI), and theranostics. This is an exciting opportunity to advance innovative nuclear medicine research in a collaborative and well-supported environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and conduct independent and collaborative research projects in PET, molecular imaging, and theranostics.

Develop novel imaging agents and theranostic approaches to improve disease diagnosis and treatment.

Utilize state-of-the-art imaging technologies and analytical techniques.

Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at scientific conferences.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including clinicians, radiochemists, and bioengineers.

Contribute to grant writing and securing research funding.

Mentor junior researchers and students as needed.
Qualifications:

PhD in Nuclear Medicine, Medical Physics, Radiochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.

Strong background and hands-on experience in PET imaging and molecular imaging techniques.

Demonstrated expertise or interest in theranostics research.

Proven track record of scientific publications and presentations.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
