A rapidly growing diagnostics organization focused on transforming senior care is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to drive growth for a breakthrough urology testing solution. This organization partners with senior living and healthcare providers to deliver innovative diagnostic services that improve patient outcomes and speed clinical decision-making.

This role is centered around a proprietary UTI testing platform that combines the speed of molecular testing with the accuracy of traditional culture methods — delivering results in under 12 hours with industry-leading accuracy. The technology is already generating strong interest across the healthcare space and is positioned to significantly improve patient care and treatment timelines.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and grow relationships with:
  • Urology clinics
  • Private practices
  • Urgent care centers
  • Assisted living and senior care facilities
• Generate new business and drive specimen volume growth
• Leverage existing provider relationships within the urology and diagnostics space
• Educate healthcare partners on the clinical and operational advantages of this testing platform
• Manage territory growth and ongoing client engagement

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience selling urology testing or diagnostic laboratory services
• Existing book of business and/or active provider relationships strongly preferred
• Proven success generating specimen volume
• Strong understanding of the diagnostics/lab sales landscape
• Self-motivated hunter mentality with excellent relationship-building skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $75K–$110K depending on experience
• Highly competitive commission plan
• Full benefits package
• 401(k) with 4% company match
