DESCRIPTION: Are you available to provide 4-5 shifts/week coverage in one of these locations? Do you know someone who might be interested?
- Santa Clara & Milpitas (S Bay/San Jose)
- Walnut Creek
- Modesto/Ceres
- Camarillo (W of LAC)
You will provide a combination of Occupational Medicine & Urgent Care services. Must be comfortable treating urgent care patients 2 and older. Training provided for OccMed physicals & DOT certification. Please call me for more information if you can help! [Register to View]

- Mon-Fri 8-5, no call
- Must be willing to obtain DOT if hired
