Job Responsibilities:
- Administer medications as per prescribed guidelines (Med pass)
- Monitor patient conditions and report any significant changes to the nursing staff
- Assist in skilled nursing care tasks under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Administer injections and shots as required
- Measure and record patients' vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates
- Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Document patient information accurately and timely
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- 6 months of experience working as a CNA
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
