Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in alignment with established clinical standards
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and progress
• Administer medications and carry out prescribed treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate care
• Develop, implement, and update individualized patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Support overall unit operations and patient safety initiatives

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or compact state eligibility
• New graduate and experienced RNs welcome to apply
• Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a clinical care setting
