Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a contract position at a Federal Facility in Devens, MA. The CNA will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Provide mobility assistance and ensure patient comfort.
- Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems.
- Follow HIPAA compliance standards to ensure patient confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal care.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Report any changes in patient conditions to supervising nurses promptly.

Qualifications:

- Valid CNA license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a CNA.
- Proficiency in EMR charting systems.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to patient care.
