Position Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dependable CNA/State Registered Nurse Assistant to join a patient-focused healthcare team in Louisville, Kentucky. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and support nursing staff in delivering high-quality care. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting
• Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and care activities
• Assist with patient mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning
• Provide close observation and report changes in physical, emotional, or behavioral status
• Support nursing staff with routine patient care and specimen collection
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized patient care environment
• Follow all safety, infection control, and patient care protocols
• Respond appropriately to patient needs and emergency situations

Qualifications:
• Current State Registered Nursing Assistant (SRNA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA or SRNA experience
• Current BLS certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach to care
