Job Description
- Start Date
- October - ongoing
- Schedule
- Looking for full time coverage
- Monday - Friday 8a-8p
- Weekends are 7a-7p or 9a-5p depending on location
- Clinical Details
- Standard UC clinics
- Have multiple locations you can work at throughout CT
- Will be sole provider with a full support staff
- Average of 40-45 patients per 12 hour shift
- Rad tech and MA at each site
- Requirements
- Board Certification is required
- Will look at FP or IM
- Must have 2 years of UC/EM experience as an APP
- Must be able to work at least three shifts per week
- Additional details:
- Credentialing can take up to 45 days
