Job Description
ED Features:
- Shifts: 6a-6p; 7a-7p; 10a-10p; 1p-1a; 5p-5a; 7p-7a.
- 60,000 annual patient visits
- 42-bed ED
- 80 hrs. Physician Coverage + 36 hrs. APP (Advanced Practice Provider) coverage
- EMR (Electronic Medical Record) is McKesson
- 23% admit rate
- Certified Stroke Center and Heart Center
- Scribes are not covered at this site nor are scribes mandatory. If a doctor wants a scribe the charge is $15.33/hr.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Must be willing to work a weekend. Mixture of days and nights.
- Must have proof of FL license and DEA at time of presentation
- Must Be Board Certified Prior to Name Clear
- ABEM or AOBEM ONLY
- Urgent Need, clean file only (no claims or gaps), no extensive affiliations.
- File must be complete 30 days prior to 1st meeting.
- 6-20 Shifts per month
- Phone interview required
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- ACLS
- Board Certified
- DEA
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
- Florida
