Full-time

BC/BE in FP or Internal Med/Pediatrics.

PPD about 20

EHR: Athena

Scope: Outpatient, Non Profit, FQHC

SC License & DEA required

BLS and CPR certs required

Salary range: 200-250k

Covid vaccine required
