REMOTE Client Service Representative - Must Live in Eastern Time Zone

This is a REMOTE position -- Candidate must live in the Eastern Time Zone

In this role you will be required to:
Demonstrate the ability to listen well and the willingness to assist
clients, both internal and external

Have sales experience and be customer service oriented

Your daily duties will include (but are not limited to) consulting with
consumers via telephone and website; supporting physician sales
consultants and their clients; handling incoming and outgoing calls; manage
website accounts, update client information and demographics; and interface
with other departments as necessary to meet the needs of our clients.
To be considered for this position you will be a confident communicator who
fluently reads and writes English.

Fluency in Spanish is not required but is a
plus. We require someone with sales experience and who is customer service
oriented. You must have the ability to deal with people at all levels and have
a strong attention to detail. In addition to this, you should be proficient in all
MS Office applications and Salesforce. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience
in sales/service is required. An AA/AS degree is highly preferred.
