Job Description
The position is responsible for professional Medical Technologist II bench duties within the laboratory, for the assigned section(s). The position performs routine and complex tests or analyses in any of these potential sections (as assigned): Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Chemistry, Toxicology, Microbiology, Molecular, Mycology, Immunohematology, LIS and Lean. The position has responsibility for planning, performing and evaluating laboratory testing analysis; and establishing and/or maintaining communications with physicians, patients, other hospital personnel, professional associations, and other organizations.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in related life science
Successful completion of an accredited School of Medical Technology
