- Prepare for surveys and inspections
- Collaborate with departments to maintain compliance
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or healthcare (Master's preferred)
- Valid CT RN or other healthcare license
- 3-5 years of regulatory compliance experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
