Position: Client Services Team Care Specialist
Schedule: 7:30am- 4:30pm shift or 8am - 5pm
Job Description:
Manage the intake process for new clients, placing them with the correct clinician, collect insurance and co- payments as needed.
Follows HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability) laws
Qualifications:2 years experience
Experience in Mental Health, EMR, Insync scheduling
Excellent organizational and communication skills
