Position Overview
Join a global healthcare leader as a Senior Director overseeing training and development for Patient Support Services (PSS). This role leads strategy and execution of comprehensive training programs, spanning onboarding, skill-building, virtual and live training, for teams supporting patients across multiple therapeutic areas.
Highlights of the Role

Drive training strategy for field-based and internal PSS professionals, supporting specialty pharmaceuticals and biologics

Lead development of training programs including eLearning, virtual, live sessions, gamified learning, and on-demand modules

Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and internal stakeholders to integrate training into business operations

Manage training budgets, schedules, agency relationships, and ensure consistency across therapeutic areas

Support training alignment under the “One PSS” framework to enhance coordination and scalability
