Position Overview

Take a leadership role in Emergency Services at a prominent hospital located just outside Fort Worth, serving as a key tertiary referral center for the region. Guide a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional, patient-centered emergency care while driving operational excellence and quality outcomes.

Highlights of the Position

• Oversee a busy Emergency Department with 25+ beds and approximately 100–120 daily patient visits

• Manage multiple ER locations, including main campus and off-site emergency facilities

• Lead a team of roughly 70 full-time staff and 100 total employees, including managers and clinical nurse coordinators

• Partner with hospital leadership to advance clinical programs and expand service offerings

• Responsible for budgeting, staffing, compliance, quality assurance, and patient throughput
