NEW System Director, Productivity Optimization Opening
(Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm)

Seeking an experienced and strategic System Director, Productivity Optimization to lead system-wide benchmarking and labor strategies that improve performance, enhance operational efficiency, and support industry best practices. This is a high-visibility leadership role, partnering closely with executives, clinical and non-clinical leaders, finance, and HR to design and implement innovative staffing models that shape the future of healthcare delivery.

Competitive Compensation: $133k – $190k (DOE)

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement standardized benchmarking processes, governance models, and system-wide labor strategies.

  • Partner with HR to establish and oversee position control processes for cost-effective labor management.

  • Support talent acquisition by enabling consistent staffing models and skill mixes.

  • Lead the design, rollout, and monitoring of organizational staffing policies, procedures, and practices.

  • Create and track performance targets, identifying gaps and driving improvements.

  • Research and apply best practices in productivity, benchmarking, and staffing models.

  • Analyze complex data and present recommendations to senior leadership for short- and long-term planning.

  • Deliver training and education on productivity and labor optimization strategies.

  • Foster collaboration and teamwork across departments and leadership levels.

Qualifications

  • Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

    • 8+ years of healthcare operations and labor management experience.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and labor management software.

    • Advanced analytical, communication, and customer service skills.

    • Ability to influence and collaborate with clinical leaders to drive performance improvement.

  • Preferred:

    • Direct experience with labor management systems.
