Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Record vital signs and promptly report changes in patient condition
- Support patient mobility, transfers, and positioning to prevent injury
- Assist licensed staff with medication administration as directed
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized patient areas
- Escort patients to on-site medical appointments when needed
- Follow infection control, PPE, safety, and security protocols
- Ensure accurate documentation per facility standards

Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted Massachusetts CNA license
- Experience in corrections, long-term care, or medical-surgical settings preferred
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and facility clearance
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to culturally sensitive, patient-centered care
