We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to residents in a Veteran-focused care environment. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, monitoring patient status, and supporting clinical staff to ensure safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
Support mobility, transfers, and safe patient movement
Obtain and record vital signs, weight, and basic intake information
Provide continuous observation for at-risk residents when assigned
Monitor and report changes in resident condition or behavior
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Assist clinical staff and help prepare care areas as needed
Support resident engagement and daily activities to enhance quality of life

Qualifications:

Active state or compact CNA certification
1 year of CNA experience in long-term care, hospital, or clinic setting preferred
Current BLS certification
Experience with patient observation and electronic health records preferred
Strong communication skills and compassionate, professional demeanor
