Accounting Manager

NEW Accounting Manager (Healthcare) Opportunity - Tulsa, Oklahoma

We’re hiring an experienced Accounting Manager to lead financial operations and oversee a team within a complex healthcare environment. This is a great opportunity for a strong leader with hands-on accounting expertise and a passion for process improvement.

Schedule:

• Days: 8:00am–4:30pm (exempt; 40+ hours/week)

Comp:

• Starting at $91,020+ (based on experience)
• Relocation assistance may be available

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily accounting operations (GL, AP, cash, fixed assets, reconciliations)
• Review monthly financial statements for accuracy and completeness
• Lead month-end/year-end close and ensure data integrity
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Coordinate annual audits and prepare required documentation
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of 10–15 staff
• Improve processes, controls, and accounting systems
• Partner cross-functionally to support financial reporting and initiatives

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Supervisory/leadership experience required
• Strong reconciliation and financial reporting background
• Advanced Excel skills; Microsoft 365 proficiency
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

• Healthcare accounting experience (preferred, not required)
• CPA (a plus)
