Key Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitor, record, and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team
• Measure and document vital signs accurately and timely
• Support patient mobility, positioning, and transportation within the facility
• Assist nursing staff with patient care coordination and preparation for services
• Maintain clean, organized patient areas and adequate supply levels
• Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies and procedures
• Complete accurate documentation of patient care activities

Qualifications:
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA or related healthcare experience
• Experience in a structured care setting preferred
• Knowledge of patient care and safety practices
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to meet background check and facility requirements
