Key Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and personal care
• Monitor, document, and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
• Measure and record vital signs accurately and timely
• Assist with patient mobility, transfers, repositioning, and transportation throughout the facility
• Support nurses and healthcare providers in delivering high-quality patient care
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe patient care environments
• Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies and procedures
• Complete accurate documentation of patient care activities and observations
Qualifications:
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA or related healthcare experience required
• Experience in a long-term care, rehabilitation, hospital, or structured care setting preferred
• Knowledge of patient care techniques, safety practices, and infection control procedures
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass background screening and meet facility requirements
