Overview:
Our private duty care team in West Las Vegas is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a stable, long-term placement. This full-time role offers a consistent weekend schedule on a 3-day work week within a supportive work environment.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 6:30 PM–6:30 AM
• Competitive pay: $20–25 per hour (DOE)
• 3-day work week

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care needs
• Assist with toileting, feeding, and routine care tasks, including medication support as applicable
• Provide mobility assistance, positioning, and physical support
• Observe and report changes in patient condition
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Follow safety and infection control protocols
• Communicate with the care team and family as needed
• Maintain patient dignity, safety, and confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Active, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in Nevada
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare or caregiving experience
• Current CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to pass a background and credit check (no collections)
• Ability to provide hands-on patient care with an understanding of patient safety and confidentiality standards
