We are recruiting an experienced Manager of Total Rewards for an onsite healthcare leadership opportunity in Vermont.

Ideal Qualifications

Significant compensation and benefits experience.

Experience with benefits administration and compliance.

Strong analytical and leadership skills.

Healthcare or similarly complex organizational experience relevant to the position.
