Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate CNA for a 13-week travel assignment in Gillette, WY. This opportunity is with a post-acute LTC/SNF facility seeking a strong caregiver who is comfortable working 12-hour night shifts and providing attentive, resident-focused care.
Position Details

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility
- Take and document vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Support residents with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
- Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful care environment
- Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to support quality patient care
- Accurately document care provided in accordance with facility guidelines and policies
- Deliver compassionate care while preserving resident dignity and comfort
Requirements
- Active CNA certification/license required for submission
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- LTC/SNF or post-acute experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
Additional Information
- Orientation: 8 hours
- Cancellation Policy: 24 hours per 13-week contract
