Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable CNA for a 13-week travel assignment in Hillsboro, ND. This opportunity is in a post-acute LTC/SNF setting and is ideal for a candidate who is comfortable with evening and night shifts, enjoys working with an older adult population, and values delivering high-quality resident care.

- Schedule: Variable PM/NOC shifts
- Primary Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- Alternate Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Every other weekend and holiday
- Openings: 1
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility
- Take and record vital signs and communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Support safe transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other team members to support quality patient care
- Document care accurately and in accordance with facility standards
- Deliver compassionate, respectful care that promotes resident dignity and comfort
Requirements
- Active CNA certification/license required for submission
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- LTC/SNF or post-acute experience preferred
- Ability to work variable evening and night shifts
- Willingness to work every other weekend and holiday
- Strong communication skills, dependability, and a team-focused attitude
