Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
- Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility guidelines
- Help ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
- Deliver compassionate care while working collaboratively with the care team
Requirements
- Active CNA certification
- Active BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred
- Prior LTC/SNF or post-acute experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour evening shifts
- Professional, reliable, and patient-centered approach to care
