We are seeking a CNA for a 13-week assignment in Hallock, Minnesota. This opportunity is with a healthcare facility looking for a dependable, experienced professional who is comfortable working evening/night flex shifts in a patient-centered care environment.
Position Details

Responsibilities
- Assist patients or residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
- Take and document vital signs and report changes in condition to the nursing team
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable care environment
- Provide compassionate, respectful care while working collaboratively with staff and patients
- Accurately document care provided in accordance with facility guidelines
Requirements
- Active CNA certification required
- Minnesota license in hand required
- Prior travel experience required
- Regional candidates preferred
- Must be able to complete the interview process with the clinical team
- Must be able to report to the clinic within 72 hours of offer
- Professional, reliable, and patient-focused approach to care
- Must be able to meet all compliance requirements prior to assignment
