Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Longmont, CO

Overview:
Our team is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a permanent, part-time role providing high-quality patient care in a supportive healthcare environment. This position is well suited for both new graduates and experienced CNAs, with preference for candidates experienced in hospice, long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric care. Our focus is on delivering consistent, patient-centered support within a collaborative care team.

Position Offers:

  • Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
  • Pay: $25–$28/hour DOE
  • Part-time role with full benefits eligibility

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) according to care plans
  • Monitor patient condition and report changes to nursing staff
  • Assist with safe transfers, mobility, and positioning support
  • Provide compassionate support during end-of-life care needs
  • Document patient care accurately and in compliance with standards
  • Support patient and family education related to daily care needs
  • Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive care environment

Qualifications:

  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • New graduates welcome to apply
  • Experience in hospice, long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatrics preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
