Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
Measure and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition
Support patient mobility, positioning, and transport within the facility
Assist nursing staff with care coordination and patient preparation
Maintain clean, organized patient areas and supplies
Follow infection control, safety, and facility protocols
Document patient care activities accurately and timely

Qualifications:

Active CNA certification in the state of practice
Minimum of 1 year of CNA or relevant healthcare experience
Experience in structured care settings preferred
Basic knowledge of patient care and safety procedures
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to pass background check and meet facility requirements
