Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will assist patients with daily living activities while promoting comfort, dignity, and safety.

This is an excellent opportunity for CNAs looking for flexible scheduling and contract assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Measure and record vital signs as directed.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Assist with feeding and hydration needs.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate patient care.
• Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.

Required Qualifications

• Active CNA License of NY State.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• BLS from AHA required
• Minimum 2 years of CNA experience Required.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Rehabilitation, or Hospital experience.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Current BLS Certification.
